Lili is an ordained Interfaith Minister, with a passion for Spiritual Counseling, a post-graduation specialization course from One Spirit Interfaith Seminary in NYC. Becoming a Spiritual Counselor was formalizing what Lili has been doing in lay life for more than 30 years. Her profound empathy and ability to hold sacred space for others has resulted in thousands of hours of her time spent with friends, strangers, acquaintances and family in matters spiritual and of the psyche. She has long recognized that spirituality shows up in numerous ways in our lives and is expressed and honored in an equally diverse number of ways throughout our lives. This encompassing knowing is one of her most gracious gifts for her clients.
After completing a Jungian analysis that spanned fifteen years and another eleven (and still counting) in eclectic types of therapy—from Cognitive to Somatic Experiencing-based psychotherapy and quite a few others in between—Lili has augmented her experiences with years of reading and deeply questioning others along their spiritual and life paths.
She receives her own weekly Spiritual Counseling from the Spiritual Director of her alma mater. Lili chronicled her experiences when she was the partner of a SAC in the book she is now completing that offers clarity, compassion and even humor in one of the most painful, chaotic, confusing circumstances that can befall a person.
Lili is happiest when gardening, writing, sharing time and ideas over morning tea with her Beloved, cooking and feeding friends, often while hosting "Meaningful Movie" nights or other thought-provoking evenings, scuba-diving, hiking and kayaking, reading.
